Randy brings to his businesses a keen understanding of industrial/manufacturing applications, sales and marketing strategies.  His career includes working 15 years for industrial leaders such as Sherwin Williams and Henkel Surface Technologies, developing territories and growing sales to manufacturing facilities.  

He gained technology and marketing experience during his 11 years at Sandhills Publishing and his efforts as the manager of the computer networking department significantly increased operations of that department.  His responsibilities included development of client advertising programs, customer incentive programs, and negotiating corporate contracts with companies such as Volvo Corporation of Sweden.  

He also has experience as a small business owner and in the auto racing industry as an owner/driver and marketing consultant.  He brings passion, vision and an entrepreneurial drive to his companies.

Beth TerMaat, COO / Vice President,

Beth has diverse business experience that includes owning a business and sales for leaders in the database marketing industry, InfoUSA and Experian.   Her responsibilities as a marketing/sales manager for a small manufacturer included marketing, advertising, sales, bids, pricing strategies, and planning and supervising tradeshows, and customer service.  Her efforts contributed to substantial growth in two years and local business awards for the

 

She was featured several times by local newspapers and TV news stations for her success as a woman-owned business, designing apparel for the dance/gymnastics retail markets and as a costume designer for a junior ballet company. 

 

Beth holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.  She shares in Randy’s visions for the companies and adds her own unique business experience to make them successful.
